1. Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is normally 6–12 business days after processing. High order volumes, customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

4. Shipping partners

Orders are shipped through international logistics partners and may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers depending on stock and destination.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we will email a tracking number. Tracking information may take several business days to update.

6. Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate address. Shilavo is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error, contact help@shilavo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Duties and taxes

Where local taxes, customs duties, or import fees apply, they may be payable by the customer depending on the destination country.

8. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is substantially delayed, contact help@shilavo.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will investigate and may offer assistance, a replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
