1. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed supplements cannot be returned.
3. Returns
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send products back before contacting us.
4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact help@shilavo.com within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require several business days to process the refund.
6. Non-returnable items
- Opened, used, or unsealed products
- Products without their original packaging
- Gift cards
- Products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons
7. Refunds without a return
In certain cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring a return. This is assessed individually and does not create a general entitlement.
